EBA CLEARING maintains high user satisfaction rate

In the annual quality survey, EBA CLEARING received an average user satisfaction rate of 4.0 (out of 5). Users from 117 banks participated in the quality survey 2019 which was conducted with the support of an independent survey provider between late October and late November 2019. The questions of the survey are designed to extract user feedback both on general satisfaction and on specific areas of interaction between EBA CLEARING and its users. Users indicated that they were most satisfied with service communication, release management and admission/provisioning processes, business continuity and resilience testing, and the customer support help desk.
