The Customer Support Helpdesk is the single point of contact for participants connected to/using EBA CLEARING payment service(s) for operations-related and all other enquiries. It is dedicated to delivering efficient support and timely responses to your questions.

The case management is accessible within the customer portal for registered Contact List users only.
If you don't have access to the customer portal but your institution is an EBA CLEARING service user, please contact your EBA CLEARING Administrators or Business Contacts to grant you access.
Our regular service days are from Monday to Friday, except for the following closing days:
