Excellent user satisfaction scores for EBA CLEARING quality survey 2020
To assess user satisfaction with its services, EBA CLEARING conducts an annual quality survey. This year’s quality survey showed excellent results with an increased overall average user satisfaction rate of 4.2 (out of 5). Representatives of 115 banks participated in the survey, which looked back on 2020 and was conducted in March 2021 with the support of an independent survey provider.
The survey questions were designed to gather user feedback both on general satisfaction and on specific areas of interaction between EBA CLEARING and its users. Users indicated that they were most satisfied with service communication, release management, business continuity and resilience testing as well as with the Covid-19 impact management.
