Very positive results in annual quality survey

An average user satisfaction rate of 4.0 (out of 5) and additional scores confirming a strong customer relationship: these are the very positive key results of EBA CLEARING’s quality survey 2018. Users from 115 banks participated in this survey, which is conducted each year with the support of an independent survey provider and took place from mid-October to beginning of November 2018. The questions of this online survey focus on relevant areas of interaction between EBA CLEARING and its users. According to the 2018 survey, users were most satisfied with the Company’s performance with regard to service communication, testing as well as release management and participant provisioning.

Based on the feedback received through the survey, EBA CLEARING will work on further improving the interaction with its users as part of the development and management of its services.
