Instant payment service RT1 welcomes 80th participant
EBA CLEARING has recently welcomed four new participants to its RT1 Service, raising the number of payment service providers directly connected to the service to 80. The new participants are Bank of Aland Plc, Memo Bank, S-Bank Plc and Bank of America Europe DAC. More institutions are expected to join the service over the course of the coming months.
RT1 Service offers full reach to all PSPs that adhere to the SCT Inst Scheme. With the support of RT1, critical mass for instant payments has been established in 11 European countries, including Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Spain.
